Back in Sandpoint we found Orik and Lyrie in Fatman's Feedbag I grabbed their things and walked up to them and said: "Here are your things. As you can see we keep our word. I hope you do the same."

After that I turned and headed home to the Rusty Dragon. It felt so good to get back. I unpacked the strange crown/jesterhat Ripnugget had had and the quite ugly helm Bruthazmus had had and put them next to the wall thinking that I shold hang them there later. Now I had to eat.

There were quite many customer, but I got served quickly anyway. I ordered a large meal even though we had had dinner at Thistletop. I guess I need lots of food to heal well. After a while the others showed up with Orik and Lyrie. They had had some to drink and was quite tipsy when they sat down. Velicia looked longingly at my food and ordered some herself. Orik and Lyrie answers some questions we ask them about Thisteltop. Apparently Nualia has given birth to those shadow wolves we fought as some form of gift from the mother of monsters. Orik and Lyrie found Nualias demon worshiping appalling. Dorothea thought it would be cool to have her own collection of demons. But stuffed demons she added when she got strange looks from all others. I mentioned to her about them disappearing when killed. Orik and Lyrie also told us about a trap that had killed their companion Ragvor the barbarian. Honeypot tried to get them even more drunk and seamed to have some plan, but feeling hurt all over I turned in early.

The next morning I felt much refreshed, even though I was still a little stiff from the wounds. We all gathered at the Rusty Dragon dining hall. And after a big breakfast and provisioning we set out to Thistletop again. We kept clear of any goblins and got there without any encounters.

Detailed stone door. Jewels and crowns. Chiseled. Ancient stone statues. Statue of a man with a book under his arm with a seven pointed start on and a glaive in his other hand. I remembered the statue under Sandpoint and that female statue had the same star on her book, but another kind of polearm. Nathaniel mentions that the statue has stones in it's forehead just as the whole Thistletop rock has.

When we are about to leave the room into a corridor I notice a polished square between two statues and stop the others before they enter. I remind them of the trap and we are all very careful.

I try to set it off, but cant.

Velicia ties but fails too.

Dorothea just walks straight into it.

Bars fall down.

Nathaniel lifts. Honeypot enters. Says there's some magic.

I work on the bars.

Dorothea teleports out

Statues swing.

Velicia uses magic.

Nathaniel stand around thinking.

Honeypot jumps up on a statue that swings.

I study the trap and tell how it works with trapdoor and timing and that it's old and worn

Dorothea studies statue

Nathaniel lifted bars and Nell stuck a dagger in the mechanism.

Dororthea shut it down.

We look down below trapdoor.

Magical scalemail I suggest lowering a rope and Velicia use her magical hand to tie it around the body so Nathaniel can pull it up. Nathaniel put it on.

We opened the door to the left next to the statue that shut down the trap.

Nualia and two dogs.

Nathaniel "I liked you before, but this is bad."

Big fight

Disgusting room with red walls lit by burning sculls.
