This is a list of important locations for the Rise of the Runelords campaign.
Perrenland
This is the country the campaign is set in.
Magnimar
An old city with lots of monuments at the edge of Lake Quag.
Sandpoint
A nice town, only a few generations old, at the edge of Lake Quag north of Magnimar.
Kaer Maga
An old city close to the edge of a high cliff.
Sandpoint Hinterlands
The area around Sandpoint.
Whisperwood
A wood a days travel west of Sandpoint that is favored by fey creatures
Habe's Sanatorium
A sanatorium half way between Whisperwood and Sandpoint.
Thistletop
A strange cliff in Lake Quag located near the Lost Coast Road between Sandpoint and Magnimar. Lately inhabited by goblins.
Hook Mountain Barony
The area around Turtleback Ferry and Fort Rannick recently made barony. It's to the west of Magnimar.
Turtleback Ferry
A small frontier town at the northern edge of Claybottom Lake.
Fort Rannick
A stone fort guarding Turtleback Ferry from ogres in the Hook mountains and further.
Skulls Crossing
A very old stone dam.
Pendaka
A small town on the road between Turtleback Ferry and Magnimar. Well worth a stop to sample the cranberry turtle pies made by Olam Keeche owner and keeper of the inn.
Bitter Hollow
A small hamlet along The Wicker Walk from Turtleback Ferry to the Sanos Forest, where gnomes live.
Whitewillow
A place in the Shimmerglens wetlands and location of a fey court.
Lightning Cliffs Tower
A wizards tower built on high cliffs of Hook Mountain north of Fort Rannick.
