Everyone in the ritual changes into an sneaky little animal.

Each participant transforms into a living natural beast of tiny size; each can pick a different one. This works like a power with the Alter Form keyword. Participants gain a +5 bonus to Stealth. While the ritual lasts, participants can’t attack, pick up anything, or manipulate objects. The ritual lasts a number of minutes equal to the Nature check, but each participant can end the ritual as a minor action.
