This is an attempt to open up rogue concepts outside the normal sneak-thief.
Skills
You can start with one of these skill packages, in addition to four skills of choice.

Powers
Sneak attack and all melee rogue powers can be used with an unarmed attack.
These additional power options are available to rogues.
