Antipathy
You cause a location to emanate magical vibrations that repel a specific kind of intelligent creature.

Specify either a particular alignment or a particular race (for example orc or red dragon). Creatures in the area that fit the description are slowed, then pushed 4 away from the center of the area at the beginning of each of their turns. An insight check to break the effect is allowed upon first encountering antipathy and at the beginning of each round in which the creature has taken damage. The area is a close burst whose size depends on the result of the Arcana check.
