Benefit: You can use Heighten Spell as a daily power.

Prerequisites: Wizard.
Metamagic Action (11th level): When you use an action point to use a power, you can use a Metamagic encounter power as a free action, even if you have already used it this encounter. This use does not count against the limit of uses this encounter.
Quicken Spell (11th level): When you use an action point to use a range or area power, you do not trigger opportunity attacks for doing so.
Metamagic Preparation (20th level): You can spend a standard action to recover a previously-used Metamagician encounter power.
