All participants in the ritual can communicate telepathically with each other regardless of range, even across planar boundaries. This telepathy is equivalent to speech, but cannot be eavesdropped on and is completely silent. Each participant can extend the ritual by 24 hours by spending a healing surge, and can continue to do so indefinitely.
