The Zulo is a horrific combat form, an 8 feet tall greenish-gray scaled and spined monstrosity.
Monstrous Humanoid
Size/Reach: 5x5ft; 5ft.
Special Attacks: Bash for 1d8 damage.
Special Qualities: +3 Natural Armor.
Abilities: +8 Str, +4 Dex, +4 Con.
Feats: Improved Damage Threshold.
Note that the Zulo gains several abilities, such as increased Constitution, that are useless for the undead. These are still useful to a Ghoul, however.
Comment: I really need to check the 3.5 rules for shapeshift and polymorph.
