Peace Negotiation

You can negotiate an end to hostilities; either by surrendering, by making the enemy surrender, or just a general ceasefire to talk.

Peace Negotiation : Standard action. DC depends on the attitude between your groups:

Helpful 0
Friendly 10
Neutral 20
Hostile 30
Enemy 40

These refer to initial attitudes before the fight.

Modifiers: Your side is surrendering +10
Ceasefire +0
You demand surrender -10
Enemy leader is down +10
More than half of enemy are down or bloodied +10
Paragon level -5
