Rogue

Uncanny Dodge (modification) Starting at 5th level, when an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack's damage against you. As long as you are conscious after the triggering attack you may immediately make a weapon attack against that enemy.

Skirmish (replacement) Starting at 5th level, you have mastered the ability to take advantage of an enemy that exposes themselves. When an enemy you see makes an attack against you, you may use your reaction to add your proficiency bonus to your armor class. As long as you are conscious after the triggering attack you may immediately make a weapon attack against that enemy.
