A test pilot for the US Air Force, the woman who was to become Jetstream was testing a stratospheric aircraft when she lost control in a jetstream and crashed. Frozen in a block of solid ice, she miracolously survived a crash in the ocean, and when she was revived had remarkable powers of nature. She also had a flaw; whenever she tries to drive orpilot a vehicle, it instantly and literally freezes up, so she had to quit her job. Now she is a military-affiliated heroine in Paragon City and the leader of No Such Agency.
