This device transceives images by wire or hertzian waves. It consists of a camera device in one end and a receiver in the other. Each device weights 20 lbs. There is no way to store the transceived image short of photographing the screen.

The reliability of the device determines the quality of the received image. In order to make out any detail or otherwise see complex information, a reliability roll is required.
