Siege of Giant Cottage

The Vast

Heroes rest in giant's cottage. Gates arrives.

Full moon. Said overcome by lycanthropy and attacks Rob. Fortunately unsuccessful but tensions in the group rises as trust is eroded.

Suddenly: Orcs and Ogres arrive!

Commanded by a chasme-demon they deploy and fight cleverly and the demon uses magics to weaken the heroes before forced to teleport to safety to avoid Jaden's counter attacks.

Orcs and ogres badly mauled by Rob, Said, Tasha, Gates and Alert.

Like their demonic master they decide to flee rather than fight to the end.

The enemy is getting smarter.

Leaving the cottage the band travels a roundabout route back to the village when they find the ruins if an old fortified manor. Goblins are found and negotiated with to provide intel in return for bribes.

Also, a bulette is encountered and killed.
