With great rumbling of earth, you change one type of terrain into another.

You can modify the terrain in an area. In each square of non-blocking terrain, you can remove any non-magical terrain features and replace them with magical terrain appropriate to the locale. For example, you can only create Grab Grass in the Feywild. Magical terrain is described in DMG, p 67.
The area you can change depends on the result of the Arcana check.
