Ghostly Servant

Imagining a proper maid or valet, you bind an ephemeral spirit to serve you.

You Summon a semi-transparent servant. This servant will float nearby, always remaining within 10 squares of you. It is a minion with a speed of 6 and 10 in all defense values. It has a Strength score of 2 and is either small or medium sized (your choice). You can order it to disappear, and it automatically does so if it gets too far away from you. You can make it reappear adjacent to you as a standard action. It cannot attack and can only perform one standard, minor, or move action each round; ordering it is a minor action but it can continue to act on your orders for several rounds as long as the orders are fairly simple. It can use skills you are trained in with a skill modifier of +5; this makes it quite a capable assistant or handyman.
