Sevelkhar the Waster, Master of Famine and Drought, the Poisoner of Wells. Among the Baklunish Sevelkhar is the dark wind of the desert, the drought, the scourging sand – he is only worshiped to placate him. He has shrines at the sites of disasters and in the deep desert.
It should be noted that Sevelkhar is known to the rest of the world as Incabolous. In the Bakluni culture, Sevelkhar is the eternal opponent of Geshtai, and both are viewed as subservient to Istus, Our Lady of Fate. This is contrary to the common belief of the Flanaess, where Incabulos is one of the few Greater Powers, an equal of Istus, and vastly more powerful than Geshtai, a Lesser Power.
