Magic Items Index

Magical items do not follow the same guidelines as other types of item schticks. Instead, they are divided into categories based on what they do. Anyone can use a magic item found during a scenario, it is only when you want to keep the item that it requires a schtick.

Legendary Items

Hard-to-find items with powers that operate constantly. Such items must generally be found during scenarios, and characters who wish to keep and use the item must "attune" it by purchasing it as an item schtick. Certain items even have several abilities, that muct be purchased separately and in sequence. It is common for such items to require keys for activiation, conditions, knowledge or deeds that must be fullfilled in order to attune the item.

It is hard to give genral rules for what such items might do, but below are a few example lists.

Simpe Items

Simple items are on a wholly different order of magic. They can be duplicated by alchemists if they have something to work from, and they generally work only once. The gamemaster should prepare a list of available simple items for each campaign, and items turned over to alchemsits should be added to the list of available simple items.
