Character Creation

I envision heroic pulp-hero types. They might have a rough facade and seem greedy, but they really have hearts of gold. I expect characters to be adventurous and jump at a chance to help the little guy.

ISA will be campaign villains, at least at the start. Expect to travel all over America, and sometimes beyond.
