The campaign revolves around the household of a Red Wizard and her various servants and their respective quest for divine approval, wealth, a good life, excellence and/or power.
It also serves as a tool for me, the DM, to get rid of the more dumb aspects of Thay as described in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting by exposing my players to how things really work.
