Yes. Feats in T20 and M&M which give +2 damage tend to be situational (such as Sneak Attack or First Strike). Even then, they give +2 for the first rank only and +1 for subsequent ranks. For effects which are "always on" (such as two weapon attacks or weapon specialization), +1 for a feat is on par with T20/M&M damage scaling. --Urban 12:20, 29 December 2009 (CET)
