Extra at will?

Do humans still get the extra at will power? I guess so from reading the intro ("follow the general ideas on humans as outlined in the Player’s Handbook.". If it is true, it should probably be stated explicitly. --Urban 18:47, 12 October 2008 (CEST)

Useful as summary

This page may be an artifact, but would be nice to have a summary page that lists all the game stat for the various human races and cultures. It is fairly easy to include the relevant bits (such as stat modifiers) from the racial pages automatically. The same goes for the human intro block, it should probably be a template. --Urban 12:25, 7 November 2008 (CET)
