Sublimator (villain)

Sublimator is Irradiators villainous PvP character. Having seen the success of controllers in PvP, I chose their villainous counterpart, with Ice/Ice powersets for the slow, just to be annoying ;)

Another Mad Scientist

Once a cryogenics scientists who took drastic measures to allow him to work in very cold environments without the need for encumbering apparatus. For many years after he was the head of a succesful research group, making several academic breakthoughs, however after time the interest of the scientific community moved away from his area of research and his groups funding was pulled.

Now requiring large sums of money to maintain both the modifications to his body, and his unfinished research he turns to any means necessary.
