Nations have three attributes; Stability, Production, and Administrations. These determine the strength of the nation. In genral, a nation is in best shape if the three values are all equal and high.
- Stability is how loyal the poulation is and a low stability indicates a chance of unrest. Tied to Social 1-2. In general, if either of the other two values is higher than the stability value, the nation is unruly, if both are higher or one is twice as high the nation is in unrest and might suffer civil war.
- Production is another name for wealth. It is tied to socal 3-4.
- Administration is the efficency and authority of the government and its ability to allocate national resources in a crisis. It is alos a measure of the influence of the upper class, Social 5-6, and officers.
