You are infested with a large number of flying and crawling vermin. While they love you beyond their little vermin reason, they sample anyone near you.
Prerequisites: Nosferatu.
Benefit: Living creatures (other than vermin) within melee range of you suffer a –2 circumstance penalty on attacks and skill checks.
