She has chosen the Drow to be her people. She answers their prayers in return for their worship and that they follow her commands.
Simplifed this means:
- Improve yourself
- Improve the race
- Never let these two commands come into conflict.
- Worship Lolth, your soul is hers by right of her being your Godesss
- Worship Lolth for she is your Godess by right of you being Drow
- Those who stray must be shown the way back or be punished if they refuse
- Those who are not Drow are lesser than you.
- Elves of the Surface are the enemy for they hate Lolth and they hate you.
