A band of children are excited about having recieved a vision from Lolth during play. GhulDril investigates and then goes shopping with Zarathustriel. She is in a good mood and claims to know what Lolth has planned for the future.
As Zhe'raen, AlakHrae and WeaponsmasterMorghedil set out on a picknick they encounter Liaram and Tsankao battling a slug-demon (with tentacles). Deciding to help out they engage the entity wich manages to puke acidic goo on Zhe'raen who fights well but finally succumbs to the agonizing acid. He is hospitalized for quite some time.
Ahriman investigates where the Demon came from and learns that it was summoned in by a more powerful demon. The latter had, in the chaotic manner of such creatures, decided to wander off and fall into a ravine. As the Demon is no threat Ahriman goes off to sell leftovers from the CaveDragon on the transdimensional bazaar.He finds a certain Vampire in stasis. He purchases and rather than keeping it for experiments or similar activities he sends it back to the strange tomb-world where it belongs.
