The Dualist Heresy lacks a formal organization and structure. The clerics of the Creator try to cooperate as far as they can, while those of the Destroyer seek to dominate one another, but both are still weak enough that their main opposition is the Unification Church.
Limitations
Faith: A cleric must have the approval of a patron, and that patron must attend to the cleric and work miracles for him, or the magic will not work. But the dogma of both the Creator and the Destroyer is so vague that this is a pretty weak restriction. However, the basic credo of goodness or evil must be adhered to. Some ImperialHeretics follow both creeds in balance - and lack access to both side's special schticks.
Focus: The heretic must always brandish the holy symbol of his god, or a scripture or religious artifact, in order to work magic. This is usually a rather small object made of metal or wood - suitable for holding in one hand. Holographic versions are also available.
