Fast Draw

For each schtick spent on Fast Draw, you may add 1 to your Initiative result at the beginning of each sequence. If you add to your Initiative result in this manner, you must draw or attack with a gun as your first action of that sequence. You can still Actively defend out of sequence before your first shot comes up.

The number of schticks you have in Fast Draw also reduces the number of shots it takes to draw a gun. If you have draw time zero, it no longer counts as an action, enabling schticks like Stand and Deliver and The Drop and similar schticks to function.
