This schtick does nothing on it's own; in concert with a Skillsoft Socket, it enables you to chip mystic skills and to youse your cyberware along with the Chi attribute. This is a very genere-specific enhancement, suitable only in settings where magic and technology can be fully melded. Consult your GM if you have any doubts about this.
