Monkey King's Tiger Feint

Shot 0, Chi 0

Just after you have been hit by an attack, you can announce that you are using one of Tiger Stance, Unyielding Tiger Stance or Vengeance of the Tiger, all from the Path of the Healthy Tiger. Make an attack roll as normal, but no damage is inflicted even on a successful counterattack. Your opponent will likely go for some active defence, at least the first time, and waste fu and/or shots this way. This feat becomes especially useful if you actually know the Healthy Tiger fu path.

This fu is a little weak, but it could fit on the Path of the Laughing Monkey.

Fragrant Orchid Attack

Fu 3, Shot 3

You create a cloud of sweet-smelling but intoxicating fumes around you. Anyone who is within 3 meters of you when you use this power must make a Constitution roll versus your Kung Fu attribute, or suffer two points of impairment for the rest of the Sequence. Anyone who knows any of the powers on the Path of the Seven Flowers is immune to this attack, and immunity to poison, a breathing mask or the fact that you do not breathe will also make you immune.

This is a part of the legendary Path of the Seven Flowers, yet to be designed. I am a little unsure about balance. It could fit on the same path as Happy Vampire Essence as well.

Drunken Monster Wall

Fu: 1, Shots: 1

Whenever an opponent close to you tries to move away from or past you, you can use this schtick to stop him dead in his tracks. You trip him, bounce into him, stop him with your reeking breath, make him slip in your spilled wine or otherwise make yourself a hindrance. He can overcome this my making a concentrated effort, which costs him 3 Fu points or one Fortune point and allows him to move normally this action.

This is obviously on the Path of the Drunken Master.

Amazing Iron Wrestling

Fu: 3, Shots: 3

Strike an opponent unarmed for normal damage. If you hit, you lock him in a pincer-like grip that can only be broken with a Strength roll against your Martial Arts AV. As long as you maintain the grip, you and your opponent cannot move apart; any maneuver than move either of you also drags along the other. Only the stronger of you can make normal moves, and the maximum effective Move that can be used is equal to the difference in your Strength scores.

While maintaining the hold, you cannot use the limb(s) you used to make the initial grab, but otherwise both you and your opponent can act normally under the above restrictions.

Spinning Eagle Knee

Fu: 5, Shots: 3

Arms outstretched, you make a spinning leap and smash into the head and back of your opponets and strike him with knees held together, like a striking bird of prey. This inflicts Strength +10 damage. You must leap your full Move in meters, but this can be straight up, then straight down.

This is a finishing move, that requires that your foe be outmaneouvered, downed, dazed or really, really stupid. If he makes any kind of active defence, even a standard dodge, you will automatically miss, and this fact is obvious to any skilled foe.

I was thinking of Michelle Cheng from Tekken II when I wrote this. Not one of her moves straight off, but similar in style.

Vulgar Ram Bite

Fu: 4, Shots: 3

Move in as for a low head butt, but at the last moment you shift stance and bite your opponent in the groin instead. If successful, this will be very painful, disrupt his or her contact with ancestors and chi, and could have permanent repercussions on your oppnent's ability to have descendants.

This is a martial arts attack for Strength +0 damage. Any wound points inflicted are also subtracted from your target's Chi attribute for the rest of the fight. If your bite inflicts Wound Points equal to or greater than your opponent's Constitution score, there is a need for urgent medical attention or your opponent becomes unable to fulfill filial duties.

This is on the Path of the Vulgar Unicorn... Enough already! But it fits on the same path as Michael's Naughty Ox Touch, Vulgar Ram Rebuke, and Sign of the Hummingbird Defiance.

supernatural monk protection

Fu: N, Shots: N

lethal monster pose

Fu: N, Shots: N

thundering butterfly contact

Fu: N, Shots: N

Judicious Lotus Fist

Fu: 3, Shots: 3

Strike an opponent who cast a sorcery spell on his last action with a barehanded attack, homing in on his 'corrupt' use of chi. The opponent may not use his Sorcery AV to dodge this attack. If he lacks other defensive skills (Martial Arts, guns and so on), he must use his Agility to dodge.

Developed by a secret society opposed to the Eaters of the Lotus, this could spell the end of that faction in 69AD. Needless to say, any rumor of this schtick would put this society on the Lotus's 'most wanted' list. This could be on the same path as Joe's Supernatural Wizard Antagonism.
