Pontoons

Land aircraft can be fitted with external pontoons to land on water. These reduce the performance of the craft, but only marginally. They do take up several hardpoints, though, each pontoon taking up two hard points.

An aircraft can be fitted with integral pontoons with a weight of 400 lb. These do not take up hardpoints.
