Bordering the Sielwode, Deepshadow is an unusually gloomy land to be near such an wonderful forest. Less plagued by bogs and rain than the rest of Coeranys, deepshadow neverthelless has a pall of shadow over it. Legends tell of numerous occasions when the shadowlands spilled over in this region, and the baying of the cwn annwn is occasionally heard in the dark wilderness.
