Background

The weaponsmiths of Hiyal are a suspicious lot, and won't trust anyone who they feel would steal their secrets. Bahramiyah (goblin name Baoguang Yang) is an eternal outsider, and she has thus managed to get a domineering position in the weapon trade between Hiyal and Qudra. She employs many goblins, but is careful to employ other races as guards and caravaneers, to avoid stepping on any sensitive toes.

Arranges a weapon caravan from Hiyal to Qudra once a year.
