Background

A very childish, but very powerful Kuo-Toan. He caused Effinidih to crash while she was out scouting, and captured her in the cellar, where she promtly charmed him. When the rest of the band arrived, he was quickly intimidated into giving them what they wanted.

He wants revenge on Abdalla for having hurt him, and another go at Effinidhi.
