Tick-Tock (villain)

A strange giant clockwork peice of machinery. Dug up by unsuspecting construction workers on the isle not long ago and tests has shown the machine dates back from the 17th century. Who built it, where it was built, and for what purpose remains unknown. There can be no doubt to the fact that it was clearly created by a mentally unstable mind though.
