DeA set of metal tires that allow ground vehicles to traverse most terrain.
The reliablity is the vehicle's speed in miles per hour across almost any terrain. The reliability doubled is also the maximum weight of the carriage in tons.
With an improved power plant a vehicle becomes more efficient. To see how efficient, take the engine's relaibility and subtract its weight per power point value from the Power Plants table. If the result is positive, add it to the effective relaibility of the vehicle.
