The 13th Guards Rifle Division was in the process of refit and resupply when it was sent to Stalingrad. I've assumed that this includes reorganization to the July 1942 tables (TO 04/300-316). This means infantry squads of 9 men, as used in the Rattenkrieg campaign. For tables, see Companion to the Red Army 1939-1945 by Stephen J. Zaloga and Leland S. Ness.

Nominal strength of a rifle division is 10,393 men, or 10,693 for a guards rifle division with one extra submachine gun company per rifle regiment.
