Former 9th level ability

Finally, you can Polymorph into the form of your tiny partner, and it can Polymorph into you. When either of you does so, you keep the skills you had in your original shape and gain the skills of your new shape, using whichever is best. Other abilities are not retained. You can each use this ability once and it recharges on a long or short rest.

Your tiny partner in your form can use all your abilities except Sneak Attack. It gains copies of the equipment you are presently carrying, including magic items, but cannot use consumables or item abilities with limited uses. All items disappear when separated from your tiny partner or when the spell ends, whichever comes first. The tiny partner automatically fails any Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration on this ability.
