Noticed that New Spell is not Energy Conservative: It matters at what level you take it. So, is the level of the spell limited by the level at which you nominally get the feat, or your current level?
I.e., you get the feat at fifth level for a third level spell. At ninth, can you change the feat to get you a fifth level spell instead?
