A method of manufacturing a cheap copy of rubber, chiefly useful for industrial purposes. It divides the price of production by it's reliability number, and allows rubber production anywhere. All machinery have their price reduced by 1% per reliability rating of the rubber-making process, and rubber-wheeled vehicles reduce their price by 5% per relaibility rating.
