Prerequisites: Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, base attack +4.
Benefit: You always ignore soft cover (that is, cover provided by a character, creature, or droid) when you make a ranged attack.
Normal: You can only ignore cover when you aim before making a ranged attack.
