The specially ordered costume that showgirl Linda Stevens was to wear in her next show was late, so it was sent priority through a courier service. Unfortunately, a secret package from a laboratory to the military was sent at the same time, and through a mistake at the courier service, her costume was infected with nanomachines intended for special forces, able to run an injured soldier on "autopilot" after being wounded or impeded. When her performance was suddenly interrupted by an attack from rogue Rikti, she found herself in a costume that was a blend between her show outfit and an uniform, and with a sudden combat expertise she did not expect.
