Sergeant is one of the ranks that must be earned. A sergeant is a highly respected, but still not an officer. It is very hard for Sergeants to be promoted to officers. However, most officers listen to their sergants and give their suggestions full consideration. Sergants command away teams and coordinate the activities of several squads.
When promoting to sergeant, the corps looks for the following:
- Leadership ability: High Charisma, social skills
- Analythical ability: Intelligence
- Physical Initimdation ability: Improved Unarmed Combat feat
- Combat Ability: Basically advanced Rifleman skills.
