The Marine 4000 program was initiated by Emperor Kupric and transformed the Corps into its present form. The program was started in 4002. By 4092, the entire Corps had been reorganized.
There have been minor changes since then. The current organization is known as Marine4800 (but was actually implemented in 4791). See the Imperial Marine Corps for more information.
