Four crooks in Vegas tries to find out who is flooding the market with the mind-enhancing gambler drug Angel Light. Their investegations take them to a independent lab that has discovered a new and faster process for making Angel Light. The independents want to flood the market bringing all other crimebosses out of bussiness in Vegas. Our heroes finds them in time to stop that though making the independents song a short one. A short war was fought as the independents were run out of Vegas and their territory divided among the bosses.

Some outsiders also managed to get a small portion of territory. Among them was Weasel and New Orleans Sal.
