Your character is adept at close-quarters combat.

Prerequisite: Dexterity 13, Dodge.

Benefit: All melee attacks of opportunity against your character receive a -2 penalty to hit.

Note: Remember that this is a penalty to the attack roll and not a dodge bonus to the defender’s AC, so it doesn'’t go away when the defender is caught flat-footed.
