Halloween Jack is a failed protoype robot built by an eccentric inventor in Kings Row. His creator was killed by a group of trick or treating Skulls last Halloween, and Jack was somehow given life by the dark powers used in the killing. He has been stalking the Skulls since then, appearing from the shadows and striking them them down one at a time.
