Flare (hero)

The youngest daughter of Teela O'Malley (the elder). When her mother was dimension jumping while saving the world from certain destruction, Flare was born. Having two mothers and no father, she was unusual from the start, but not overly so. It was not until puberty that it became obvious that Flare had mutated while in the womb, and she developed strong elemental powers as a result.

Always in the shadow of her sisters, she took the opportunity to strike out on her own to defend Paragon City. Villains will burn in her righteous disdain!
