A process for crystallizing gasses that allows compact storage. Mainly useful for space flight; not only can it replace the greenhouse room, it also allows combustion engines to operate in space or underwater, burning crystallized oxygen and then crystallizing the exhaust gasses - which can then be jettisoned into space.
Crystallized air has negligible mass next to the weight of any fuel it is to be burned with, but the process is inherently unstable. After a number of weeks equal to the inventions reliability the crystallized air becomes useless.
The crystallization machine weights 2 tons and requires ten points of power when crystallizing air; it produces crystallized air enough to burn ten tons of coal, 5 tons of oil, or two tons of gasoline in a day. When crystallizing exhaust fumes, it operates on waste heat from the power plant.
