Some psychics anchor their identity in an animal, drawing strength from the devotion and animal mindset of their familar.
This is a psychic archetype with a familiar.
Hit Die: d6.
This bonded psychic has all normal psychic class features, except as noted.
At 1st level, a bonded psychic forms a close bond with a familiar, a creature that helps her maintain her grip on reality. This functions like the wizard's arcane bond class feature. This replaces the psychic discipline power gained at level 1. The bonded psychic still gains phrenic pool and bonus spells from her psychic discipline.
Psychic Anchoring (Ex)
At 5th level, while the familiar is within arm's reach, the master gains, she gains a +2 bonus on Will saving throws.
At 13th level, while the familiar is within arm's reach, the master gains the benefit of the familiar's spell resistance.
